End User License Agreement

License

Glyphaus is licensed, not sold. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use Glyphaus on Apple-branded products that you own or control, subject to the App Store terms and this agreement.

Acceptable Use

You may use Glyphaus to browse, download, preview, and copy icon assets made available through the app, including iconsets published under MIT, Creative Commons, and public domain terms. You are responsible for using copied assets in accordance with the license terms that apply to each iconset.

Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, sublicense, or misuse Glyphaus except where permitted by applicable law. You may not use the app to interfere with the iconset service or attempt unauthorized access to any system.

No Warranty

Glyphaus is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app or downloaded iconsets will be error-free or suitable for every purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Glyphaus.

Apple Terms

If Glyphaus is distributed through the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies where required. You can review Apple's terms at apple.com/legal.
